About after-sales service

One of the appeals of jewelry and precious metals is that they can be worn for a long time by being polished and adjusted.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all items purchased from our store . (Valid for 1 year from the date of issue of purchase statement)
We want to be a place where you can feel free to consult with us not only about making products, but also about everything beyond that.

  • Warranty details

During the warranty period, we will provide free cleaning, repolishing, broken chain repairs, and ring resizing (up to size 2 / first time warranty only).
Cleaning will be free forever. (Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the item or if processing is required)

*Delivery time: Approximately 2 weeks from receipt of your order *Please print out your purchase details at our store and keep them in a safe place.
*A fee will be charged for damage repair. Please contact us from the "Inquiry page" on this site or "info@sinkirow.com".
In order to confirm the damage, we may ask you to take a photograph of the damaged area and send it via email.
*Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs when sending items to our shop.
*The warranty is valid only within Japan.
