About after-sales service
We offer a 1-year warranty on all items purchased from our store . (Valid for 1 year from the date of issue of purchase statement)

- Warranty details
During the warranty period, we will provide free cleaning, repolishing, broken chain repairs, and ring resizing (up to size 2 / first time warranty only).
Cleaning will be free forever. (Additional charges may apply depending on the condition of the item or if processing is required)
*Delivery time: Approximately 2 weeks from receipt of your order *Please print out your purchase details at our store and keep them in a safe place.

In order to confirm the damage, we may ask you to take a photograph of the damaged area and send it via email.
